This absolutely stunning outbuilding is being used as a fantastic games room for the whole family.
The brief was the client wanted a solution that offered the opportunity to remove the simulator at any given opportunity but still wanting a premium design. The Black Series Elite Enclosure with floor system was the perfect solution. The added wing kit on each side of the golf enclosure gives added protection from shanks. The floor system provides a full flush finish with black putting turf and tee turf which allows for golf tees to be inserted and provides realistic feel at strike.
Trackman 4 was the chosen launch monitor. The client liked the flexibility of its portability and as long as the correct lighting is installed it gives accurate data for impact location. Titleist Pro V1 RCT Golf Balls were chosen to assist the Trackman 4 Launch Monitor to track spin without the need to add reflective stickers to the golf ball.
The client already had a gaming PC so opted to use that and we installed a Panasonic 6200 lumen projector as 4K was not required in this setup and the ceiling beams made placement was ideal for the throw ratio of that unit.
The impact screen is dual layer with the front screen being a simple tear off screen with a much heavier screen to rear. This aids in impact screen wear but the rear screen can also be used independently if there is downtime whilst a new front impact screen is ordered.
