All our stated prices are in GBP Sterling and include VAT. When you place an order with us it will be accepted when we have successfully received payment from you. If we do not receive full payment then the order will not be confirmed or dispatched until the balance has been completed. We will try to deliver your items as soon as possible but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Our items are shipped from different warehouses so your goods may arrive separately and at different times.
All of our products displayed are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change any offers or prices at any time prior to your order.
We accept a variety of different payment cards which include Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro through Barclaycard. We can accept payment by cheque in the post but your order will not be accepted until the cheque clears. We also accept payment by Bacs but again goods will not be despatched until we receive cleared funds.
When paying by card online you must state the name as it appears on the card, the card holders address and the 3 digit security code on the reverse of the card. If any of these fields are completed incorrectly we will not be able to process your order.
Golf Tech Systems provides a safe and secure online payment process and does not store any records of your credit card details. Orders placed on our website are done entirely at your own risk.
The ceiling height recommended is based on an average golfer with an average swing. As people are different heights and some people swing more steeply than others please check you can swing your clubs comfortably in the room you are planning to use before purchase. Golf can be a dangerous sport and Golf Tech Systems take no responsibility for any damage to products, property or individuals if an accident occurs. Individuals & Companies use all of our products at their own risk.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 14 day period where you are entitled to a refund or an exchange of item (not including postage fee), providing the goods are returned to us in the original packaging and that they have not been used in any way and that any further postage costs are met by yourself. However, this excludes any Trugolf Product as all Trugolf products are made to order and exempt from any returns policy, unless they are faulty. Software items are also exempt unless faulty.
Faulty goods – should you feel that you have received faulty goods, we will offer you a refund or provide you an replacement product upon inspection of the item if you return them within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. All warranties are covered by their specific manufacturer and not directly with Golf Tech Systems as Golf Tech Systems works as a agent/reseller for these manufacturers. In no event shall Golf Tech Systems be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use our products, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 14 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product. Optishot comes with a limited 180 day guarantee from day of purchase.
